Belmont Bay Community Association, Inc. (BBCAI) is a “voluntary organization” of residents and lot-owners of Belmont Park Estates taking pride in our community. BBCAI is not a Home Owners Association (HOA). Our principal responsiblity is the care and maintenance of the Belmont Bay Community Association Park. Other activities include the protection of the historic, archeological and environmental areas of Belmont Bay and Mason Neck.

Community Information
Over the last several months we have experienced a resurgence of out-of-community gatherings, trespassing and vandalism of park property. The Fairfax County Police and Fire Departments responded to two incidents involving large out-of-community group gatherings, trespassing and large fires. The police department has broken-up several other smaller gatherings during the late evening hours.
To ensure community safety and prevent trespassing, the Board of Directors is developing a plan to reinstall a gate at the entrance of Rio Vista Drive as well as cameras monitoring the park property. The Board will distribute the combination to the gate to members of the community and adjacent lot owners. A second Fairfax County approved lock will be used to provide the County emergency access to the road and park as needed.
